Trade Policy

1. General Information
--All of the goods on http://www.nsneakers.com we offer only high quality only to you with box, card, extra laces,etc..
--All of the product on http://www.nsneakers.com are brand new in their original packing unless otherwise noted.
--All prices listed including shipping cost.(Please contact us to get Prices List.)
--All prices are small order only, If you order more than 1000/pairs, please contact us by email: nsneakers@gmail.com .
--You will recieve a order conformation after we recieve your payment to your email. We can provide a tracking number to you after 1 days, due to packages not being able to be tracked until they arrive to the USA. The tracking number will be sent your email.
--All Goods run true to size.

2.Return/Exchange
--We only offer store credits on product that are brand new and in the condition that we sent them to you.
--Some unexceptable reasons for exchange are: I don't want the product anymore, I ordered the wrong size or color, colors of goods are darker or lighter thanpictured,Goods do not fit.
--Acceptable Reasons for exchange: Wrong product or size sent, factory defect on product,mistake on http://www.nsneakers.com part.
--The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us.If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you credit and an exchange.
--Customers must fill out our Return/Exchange form within 5 days of recieving product to get an exchange on the product.
--If your product are accepted for exchange we will notify you with instructions on how to mail it back to us.

3.Shipping & Delivery
--We can assure delivery safe! If package(s) lost,we assure refund or return as free!!!
--All product are ship from China. The shipping carrier we use depends on where you are located.
--You will recieve a tracking number from us after 1-3 days in which you can go to the shipping carriers site and track the package(s)
--All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to recieve your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
--In some instances (not all), there will be a customs charge applied to your package. Buyer is responsible for all customs charges (duty and tax) applied to your package.
